Jazz Car Wash & Detailing has been serving Littleton and surrounding communities for 10 years and continues to show strong growth and stability for our employees by providing outstanding service to our customers. We are looking to add the following team members:
Duties… Customer Service Associates smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude. They are responsible for keeping the boutique clean and presentable, checking customers out quickly and accurately, answering customer questions in person or on the phone, and resolving customer concerns as needed.
Education… High School education or equivalent required.
Training… Customer Service Associates are provided 6 weeks of training before being released to work independently. Training is provided by the Customer Service Supervisor and the Boutique Manager. During the first 3 weeks of training, a new Customer Service Associate will work closely with another cashier and gain overall understanding of wash programs, proper cash handling procedures, and computer software. The following 3 weeks will consist of fine tuning skills and empowering the new Customer Service Associate to work independently and display confidence no matter the situation.
Work Schedules… Jazz Car Wash and Detailing is open 7 days a week, 10-11 hours a day. Flexible part time and full-time hours available.
Compensation and Pay… Starts at $11.00 per hour plus commission on various items sold. Prior experience will be considered.

Duties… Drivers at Jazz Car Wash safely off-load vehicles from the conveyor at the exit end of the car wash tunnel and drive them into the finish area for further cleaning. Drivers also process laundry and assist the wash crew with limited duties on the finish end of the car wash area.
Education… High School education preferred but not required.
Training… A short period of on-the-job training is usually enough to teach new drivers the skills they need, which often include how to properly enter and exit a vehicle, how to check each vehicle’s safety requirements, how to interact with customers and other team members, and how to monitor and work with the flow of vehicles in and out of the wash.
Work Schedules… Jazz Car Wash and Detailing is open 7 days a week, 10-11 hours a day. Flexible part time and full-time hours available.
Compensation and Pay… Starts at $12.00 per hour plus tips. Prior experience will be considered.
Minimum Job requirements:

-Excellent driving record
-Possess a valid driver license along with the ability to safely, fully and confidently drive stick-shift/manual transmission vehicles
-Be solely focused on the safe handling of vehicles in our care
-Ability to manage multiple demands at once
-Ability to regularly stand, walk, squat, and bend as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
-Previous experience working as a porter, valet, or other professional driver

Duties… Service Advisors greet customers with a positive attitude, accurately and efficiently explain, quote, and sell our different car wash and detail services, advise customers as to which service suits them best, takes the clients wash or detail order and enters it correctly into the POS system, safely loads vehicles into the car wash tunnel and sends through the wash.
Education… High School education or equivalent required.
Training…. There is a training period of 4 days in this position, during which the Sales Advisor Supervisor will train the new Service Advisor in general operations of the car wash, processes, vehicle handling, safety procedures (including tunnel and vehicle safety), and sales techniques. Additional training may be given as needed.
Work Schedules… Jazz Car Wash and Detailing is open 7 days a week, 10-11 hours a day. Flexible part time and full-time hours available.
Compensation and Pay… Starts at $12.00 per hour plus commission. Prior experience will be considered. Service advisors are not eligible for commission bonuses until they have completed their training to the satisfaction of the Sales Advisor Supervisor.

-Excellent customer service/communication skills
-Able to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time
-Posses a valid driver license with good driving record
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Ability to regularly stand, walk, squat, and bend as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
-Entrepreneurial spirit & a can-do attitude
-Ability to drive a stick shift/manual transmission with confidence preferred
-Knowledge of general car care
-Knowledge of waxing and polishing preferred
-Knowledge of interior cleaning and detailing preferred
-Previous experience working at a car wash or in a sales position

Training… A short period of on-the-job training is usually enough to teach new team members the skills they need, which often include how to properly wipe down vehicles, vacuum carpets, clean cup holders, dash, mats, windows, wheels, and tires.
Work Schedules… Jazz Car Wash and Detailing is open 7 days a week, 10-11 hours a day. Flexible part time and full-time hours available.
Compensation and Pay… Starts at $10.50 per hour plus tips. Prior experience will be considered.
