When you sign up, we will place a small, discreet barcode on the lower left hand corner of your windshield. Our greeter will scan your bar code whenever you come in. You’ll receive a ticket and hand it to our cashier. If you come in for a wash and then sign up, your wash that day will kick off the program. That is it. It is that simple.
Once you’re enrolled, your credit card will be billed for the yearly plan or monthly plan, every 30 days until you decide to cancel. Monthly members are required to give us 10 days notice of cancellation before your next billing date via email to UnlimitedClub@jazzcarwash.com.
Monthly members may upgrade or down grade unlimited membership, just send us an email. Your membership level will update on your renewal date to avoid being charged twice in a month. Yearly members are locked in for 1 year and not eligible for upgrades, downgrades or cancellations.

Restrictions & Limitations
- A single membership covers a single vehicle.
- Vehicle can only be washed once a day.
- No commercial vehicles, fleets, taxis or limos are permitted to join.
- Barcode must be affixed to the windshield in order to be scanned.
- No double dipping. This program cannot be combined with normal discounts or points.
- Absolutely no refunds or partial credits on membership fees.
Payment & Terms*
- A credit or debit card is required and the only acceptable forms of payment.
- If customer payment method is declined 3 times over the course of 3 days, membership will automatically be deactivated. Customer must come in and provide a new acceptable form of payment to re-enroll. The billing cycle & membership will then resume after re-enrollment.
*Jazz Car Wash takes data security very seriously. We adhere to PCI Compliance standards. All credit card data is encrypted. Our merchant processor tests our systems regularly. Our merchant processor, First Data Systems, is a 5-star rated merchant processor.
Notification of Vehicle Changes, License Plate Changes and Cancellation Requests
- Customer is responsible for notifying Jazz of any changes to the vehicle, license plate or cancellation requests via email to UnlimitedClub@jazzcarwash.com.
- 10 days notice is required (prior to next billing cycle) for all cancellations.
- To re-enroll, just come in with the vehicle you want in the program. Re-enroll at any time.
